Second Chance September is Here!

Let’s face it: Supporting a nonprofit can be difficult on the community’s end too.

“I love their mission, but I don’t really have time to volunteer right now.”

“The kids are back in school. I’m not sure how much to give without breaking the bank.”

At RISE, we’ve kept you in mind, which is why last year, we developed the annual campaign, Second Chance September! Throughout this month, we’re going to showcase different aspects of our work to encourage joining Second Chance Circle.

Second Chance Circle is RISE’s monthly giving program amplifying the benefits of distributing your philanthropic support over the course of a year.

We are grateful for ALL philanthropic support. However, monthly giving may be better suited for yours and your family’s current circumstances.

Giving monthly offsets the costs of transportation for graduates who are seeking employment or making their way back into the workforce. It supports learning tools and mentorship for individuals who are beginning their journeys into entrepreneurship. It even ensures that the children of program graduates have the resources necessary to stop generational patterns with them.

By joining Second Chance Circle, you're contributing to break generational cycles of incarceration. You become a member of an exclusive group who receives priority invitations to RISE events and programs, spotlight stories about RISE staff and team members, success stories about program graduates, and additional engagement as RISE enters an exhilarating new chapter over the next few years.
