Carly Fonfara is a Community Navigator at RISE with a background supporting justice-involved individuals through reentry. She formerly worked at a transitional living facility providing intensive support and advocacy for parolees facing significant challenges. Driven by a belief in second chances, Carly developed a passion and deep empathy toward guiding people on their journey to rebuild and reclaim their lives.
