Panel of Employers that have spent a year or more in Fair Chance Hiring alongside of justice impacted individuals who have been given a second-chance to discuss success, practices that worked well along with overcoming challenges to encourage other employers to join.
This is open to people working in human resources and/or influence hiring practices.
