Fermented Felon Inc
Fermented Felon handcrafts better-for-you beverages that refuse to blend in. Our flagship kombucha line has been shaking up shelves since 2020 and can now be found in grocers across the U.S. This isn’t your typical vinegary brew — we use scientific methods (and a dash of magic) to create a smooth, vinegar-less kombucha with just the right amount of tang. Our flavor lineup includes bold hits like Blueberry Boss, Profound Peach, and the nostalgic O.G. Root Beer.
And the flavor rebellion doesn’t stop there. Our latest additions—Passionate Pear, Raspberry Respect, and A.J.’s Cherry Cola—are here by popular demand. Of course, we didn’t forget our icons: Ginger Gems and the ever-popular Lavender Dreams, made with real lavender grown in the Loess Hills, are still holding it down.
Every can is more than a drink. It’s a statement. A second chance. A movement. When you sip Fermented Felon, you're backing a mission to create meaningful opportunities for those impacted by the justice system.

Tony’s Why: “Our Mission Is Bigger Than Kombucha
At Fermented Felon, we’re brewing more than kombucha—we’re building a positive economic ecosystem for formerly incarcerated individuals. This mission was on my heart long before I ever heard of Rise. It was born from my own story—one that isn’t clean, polished, or easy to summarize.
I got into a lot of trouble as a teenager and young adult. I was lost, stuck in cycles I didn’t know how to break. Eventually, I made the decision to turn my will and my life over to God. But even then, freedom didn’t come overnight. I spent the next ten years doing the hard work—living life on life’s terms, chasing anything that sparked curiosity, trying to build a career I could be proud of. Still, something was missing.
That something clicked when I learned how to start and grow a business. Suddenly, I found the freedom I had been chasing. And with that freedom came clarity: there were so many others like me—people with drive, grit, and vision—who just didn’t know where to start or didn’t have the means.
So I launched Fermented Felon. Not just to craft the best-tasting kombucha on the market—but to create a high-impact, high-cash-flow business that funds something bigger: The Fermented Fellowship. A community of system-impacted individuals that want to grow personally, build professionally, and rise together.
This isn’t just about second chances. It’s about rewriting the rules—and creating a future we can all believe in.”
