A one-hour workshop on the paperwork side of adult life: picking insurance, choosing a bank, setting up utilities, building credit, and managing bills online. Wednesday, Sept. 30, 6:30–7:30 p.m. at City Light North in Lincoln. Pizza provided.
Habitat for Humanity walks RISE participants through the Home Journey program, volunteer opportunities, and the legal services available when buying a home. Tuesday, Oct. 6, 5:30–7:30 p.m. in Omaha. Light refreshments provided. RSVP required.
RISE Impact is serving at Sienna Francis House alongside Bridges For Justice, and we’d love to have you join us.
We’ll be sorting through clothes, serve a meal, and help clean up!
No experience needed. Show up ready to work and we’ll handle the rest. We will be going for a meal together afterwards.
