RISE has dedicated a workforce development curriculum paired with a 1:1 job placement model ensuring individuals with lived experience are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and training to reenter the workforce. The RISE Employment program also partners with employers in the community that believe in second-chance hiring.

The RISE employment program is eligible for participants who have graduated from any program at RISE.
