December Muhammad
December has worked with organizations such as the Urban League of Nebraska, Youth Links, and Juvenile Probations. Most recently, she was a Development Manager with Cox Communications. December gained an interest and passion for this work while working closely with High-Risk Juveniles in the community. During that time, while earning her degree in Criminal Justice, December instructed and taught several courses on employment skills, blending personal and professional development.
Over the last few years, she has presented on three national calls where she presented to Corporations on how to ensure they retain employees, demonstrating the value and the importance of continuous development. She is excited to join the RISE team, where she can blend her passion for the development of other individuals and closing the gap on unfair employment practices.
