Eric Maly

Eric Maly headshot

Eric has spent his career working to level the playing field for system-involved youth and adults, and his heart for this work shines through in everything he does. He has a gift for seeing the strengths in others and building on them. He sees potential in every individual and family, and he believes in the power of connection, belonging, and hope.

Eric brings more than 15 years of nonprofit experience to our team in addition to advocating from within the probation system (you might recognize him from his work with the Annie E. Casey Emerging Adult Justice Project). He has a deep commitment to improving the lives of everyone he works with and believes everyone deserves the chance to flourish and become their best selves.
